Jewellery doesn’t bill like anything else. The price moves with the morning rate, purity changes the maths, and making charges get settled at the counter. Generic invoicing software gets this wrong, so we build it around the counter instead.

Two-week cycles, each ending in something that runs. You review working software, not a status report about software.
